There's an axe strapped to his back and he looks Ben over as if he's deciding whether or not to kill him. His ice-blue eyes are fierce and hard. Strangely enough, the whites of his eyes are also faintly blue as well. It's a symptom of his brittle bone disease, which is what caused him to be unable to walk in the first place.
Then when he speaks, it's clearly not in English.]

[Some of the words sound almost like they're some bastardized form of English, which makes sense since both modern-day English and Old Norse had Germanic roots. At least it makes it certain he's not just a very dedicated cosplayer from modern times.]
